We were 13 years old in Germany and the record label rep came into the rehearsal hall and told us that we had a #1 hit song “I’ll Be There for You” in the Philippines and that we would be travelling there in a week or so.

We could have never anticipated what we were about to witness. The day after we arrived, we went to SM mall to do a small acoustic set and we couldn’t believe our eyes. There were thousands upon thousands of fans as far as the eye could see. The mall manager said, there was well over 40 thousand people inside and outside of the mall just wanting to catch a glimpse of the band. To be honest it was so surreal, it’s still hard to comprehend the reality of our first trip to the Philippines.

Now years later we still cherish those fond memories, all the sold-out shows, and all the smiling happy faces singing back our songs word for word with voices so heavenly, angels would be proud.

This time however we won’t be appearing as the Moffatts, but as Music Travel Love and Friends. That said, we will still touch on many of those old Moffatt favorites because our triplet brother Dave will be in Manila with us as will be friends Mark Anthony Uy, Bugoy and Francis Greg. 

​

This time we chose a venue that provided us with more intimacy and an opportunity for our fans to get up close and personal.
